The Invobuild Team brings to the company, the immense project management experience while working as colleagues in their erstwhile company, located In UAE which was into global supply chain & construction services. They had together handled major construction projects for their previous company across UAE & Qatar. These projects were executed for the US Airforce & US Army under strict and challenging conditions. The project planning and execution of construction projects required procurement, heavy machinery leasing and local labour contract management apart from the other project challenges. The projects required strict working capital management and its documentation.
